MENTAL HEALTH PLAN

In addition to our two Welfare Officers, we also have Andy Jarvis who is our Health and Wellbeing Champion. Andy has produced a Mental Health Plan. In line with our mission to provide a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all members of our community, this plan outlines our strategy and commitment to prioritise mental health. Andy can be contacted by email: hrwellbeingchampion@gmail.com

or mobile: 07854 173331.

We strongly believe that mental health is as important as physical health, particularly in the context of football, where pressures and challenges can sometimes be overwhelming. This plan, available in a .pdf format for easy access, includes where to find strategies, intervention measures and resources for support with addressing mental health concerns within our Club.

We encourage every stakeholder – players, parents/carers, coaches, staff, volunteers and supporters – to familiarise themselves with this plan. Our combined efforts will ensure the success of this initiative, positively impacting the mental health and well-being of our club and community.

Please view/download the Mental Health Plan here and join us in making mental health a priority.
